Using tm_dialog to resolve ambiguous requests, instead of an HTML

U trunk/Bundles/Ruby.tmbundle/Support/bin/linked_ri.rb
Hm, try it on gsub and select ActiveSupport… for an endless Loop.
See my next commit and we might consider reverting it to the HTML
selection version.
This appears to bug an erroneous RDoc listing. On my machine, ri
shows two entries for ActiveSupport::Multibyte::Chars#gsub, so you
can never uniquely select one of them. I get the same thing from the
command-line. Is that what you are seeing?
This isn't related to the tm_dialog code, so reverting to the HTML
listing wouldn't do anything for us, as near as I can tell.
