fix up a couple minor things from previous commit. latexmk.pl sends some output to stderr which was getting prepended to the output window unformatted. Also replaced some misc stdin readline calls with tex.readline() to conform to the new method of having latexErrWarn run the typesetting program and capturing the output from a pipe. Update the script to match the output from the newer version of latexmk.pl Finally make the script smarter about detecting whether file:line:error style messages are being used. If not, then output a warning, and try to be smarter about matching error lines that start with a !
