[CHANGED] Added a ‘regular_expressions’ repository rule that just includes ‘source.regexp.python’. All the various types of ‘r’-strings include the repository rule, so if you want to turn off regular expressions matching for all python raw strings you can set `disabled = 1;` in the regular_expressions repository rule.
