You may have edited the Preferenes → Projects → Show Files Matching pattern
prior to the change where the include pattern had to contain *.
You can either edit it, the default is: {*,.tm_properties,.htaccess}
Or you can delete ~/Library/Application\ Support/TextMate/Global.tmProperties
