you may have experienced an outage of Trac powered by Apache2 at t-h.org this morning. This is confirmed by the stats that Ryan setup earlier this year: http://stats.pingdom.com/9hmtun56fv5v/618204 The outage started at 6:25 until it has been discovered and a hot-fix applied at 14:06 (CET, server lives in Germany/Central Europe). While the reason, a permission error, was rather trivial and has been fixed instantly, the reasons behind it are still under investigation. Anyway, full functionality should be restored now.
