This group has been doing very well and
ofcourse have elderly people here. The news of the Godman was published as a
news item in papers, the tv, and here too only as a news. I dont think
anything wrong in that. It has died also and unless you bring it up again
here , no one ever even remembers this. So also the topic on Satrigals was
very much a topic to be discussed. It is becoming a real torture the way
they fleece us during the rituals. Its just a heart to heart discussion and
to vent out ones feelings to get the best of the solution.I dont think there
is anything wrong about that.
Here people have varied interests and what
you may relish may be a bore to others. So, many topics of varied subjects
will be coming here. It is upto you to take it or leave it. I would suggest
you to gracefully delete whatever is not palatable to you and not bring up
the subject again here for discussion. Its upto you to make up your mind to
stay here or to leave the group, as one is free to do what he wants to. If
we have the tolerance and attitude to see things in a broad sense, nothing
would matter at all and sure we need not pick on such emails.

Dear Sir,
The purpose of this group as I understand is for healthy discussions
and items of interest of elderly people.
Of late I find many postings are of no use of elderly people like us
like the recent incident of a God man with immoral act, political
activities etc. If you think that such postings are necessary please
let me know for my knowledge as how they useful to us.
Some time back there was a discussion of the charges made by
Sastrigals for performing various rituals, The activities of Brahmins
etc with no ending brickbating.
I thought of disassociating myself with this group as I feel many
unwanted items are posted and wasteful discussion going on .
I do not want to take a hasty decision without knowing the purpose of
such postings and discussions from the owner of the group.
Will I be getting any reply to my message?
