I got a mail on another group account stating that BSNL offers 20% discounts to serving and retired Central Govt. Employees.
He checked on following link and find that discount is there. Please check this out. http://www.bsnl.co.in/newsdetailed.php?news_id=465 Some of us , like him , might not be aware of this discount hence I am sending it to this group.
