hi, attached is an all time good movie which one saw during the 70s. It is about two ruffians terrorising a group of people in a subway car in US. The group consists of one forever necking teenage couple, a middle age couple with a small daughter sleeping in their lap, an old couple fighting all the time, a middle age working man with a wife who has neither love nor respect for him, a negro couple with the man hating anything that is white, an alcoholic, a homosexual, two army men, one with his arm in sling, and finally a sleeping drunk who sleeps throughout the film. Each one of this group will be humiliated by the ruffians with no one raising any voice against it. Each will only wish that the suffering should not reach him or her. Finally the soldier with the broken arm overpowers the rude youth. Even his colleague does not come forward to help him. When finally the police arrives it straight away goes to arrest the lone negro in the car. Then the people correct them. The final moment is really a reflection of the attitude of people all the time.The wounded soldier will be carried away and the entire group will step over the drunk still sleeping ordinary man to their respective homes. hope you enjoy the movie. regards.
