factoryinterzonal sports tournament and Inter factory athletic meet were
started.. The first ordnance factories and allied establishment Atheletic
meet were held in our stadium near north gAte.the present site of atheletic
stadium near ordnance club was under dispute between AFK and 512 Army base

On the atheletic meet a souvenir was published and my article on athletic

The chief guest was Indian Hockey team captain Shri Dhanraj Pillai, who
happened to be son of Shri nagalingam our ground curator.
