Q1         Do you want to sharesomething new?

A1          Lalit Sharma Fri Engineer,Entrepreneur , Motivator, Teacher,
Learner, Etc · 5+years in Teaching Futuretechnologies in Pune

Believe me This is petrol. Yeah the same petrol you get at Filling stations.

But but But… This isthe petrol being delivered at the very first stage.

This is what it looks like whenextracted from Crude oil by fractional
Distillation process.(COLOURLESS- Picture not added)

All your life you must have seen the colourful petrol.

Right? You arecorrect, the colours (Dyes)are added post this stage

To identify the petrol easily from water since it looks like water and soit
prevents mishaps also.

It is easy to identify water contamination in fuel when they are colourful.

Now some Fuels are green some red, that also indicates octane numbers andas
norms set by governments of different countries.

Colour coding is different in different states depends on factors. Sample taken
with all thesafeties while refinery started pumping petrol into ship Tanks
shown in picture.

Q2         Have you travelled viathe Vande Bharat Express yet? How was your
experience?

A2          Shared by Adarsh Gupta March3 2021

Yes I have. And it was worth the money spent. ₹1324 perperson which includes 2
course meal and other facilities.

We boarded the train from New Delhi railway station at around 6:00 in
themorning, and reached Varanasi by 2:00 pm sharp. Commendable punctuality.

Properly used up space & no congestion. We were offered newspapers inthe very
beginning, andserved tea/coffee of good brands with biscuits (couldn’t click
photo)

After 2 hours we were served coffee/tea with a sumptuous breakfast :)

Lunch was served 2 hours before the destination & had Daal tadka, chilly paneer,
tandoori roti, rice, mix veg, pickle & Gulab jamun :)) froma very reputed hotel.

Other services like the attendants, leg space, luggage space wereamazing! Best
part, washrooms were pretty clean. It might sound weird, but my favouritepart
were the big windows so that I could have an uninterrupted view ofoutside.

My return journey from my hometown to Delhi was also by Vande BharatExpress & I
so didn’t want to leave it.

Q3         What actiongenerates/creates gravity?

A3          Ankit Shrivastava AnsweredOctober 8, 2014

Is it the circular motion that generates it? Does sun rotate or it juststays
there and burns out? How does the sun keep the planets in orbit? Is thegravity
of Earth more than that of Sun, is that what keeps the Moon aroundearth?

Woah! Hold your horses... Too many questions at once.

Let's try to answer these oneat a time.

What creates gravity? No it is not the circular motion that creates it. Gravity
is one of thefundamental forces and that too a weak force.

Any object that has mass exerts gravitational force on any every otherobject
which possesses mass.

It is also postulated that the mass is created due to subatomic particlescalled
Higgs Bosons, your beloved God particle.

The mathematical formula for Gravitational force goes like this:

G here is the gravitational constant.

G = 6.67384 × 10-11 m3 kg-1 s-2

The force is directlyproportional to the masses of the objects and inversely
proportional to thedistance between them.

Sun, Earth, Moon and all theother space bodies have enormous mass and going by
the mentioned formula, theyall exert huge forces on each other.

When the universe was evolving, it is assumed that the different heavenlybodies
were in a state of chaosafter the big bang and they were all in a state of
motion, because of theinitial force from big bang explosion.

As these objects clustered and created mass, they started exertinggravitational
forces on nearby bodies which were lying in space.

Now two forces were into the picture in this situation, the heavier ones were
pulling theother objects towards their side and the already linear motion of
thesecondary object.

These two forces balanced out ina state of sustained circular motion.

In the circular motion, Gravitational force was balanced out by thecentrifugal
force which prevents the planet from collapsing into the sun.

This interaction of forceshappened with all the other planets in the solar
system. The forces got balanced and we have a stablemotion of planets around
the sun.

Is it the circular motion that generates gravity?

No, in fact as I explained earlier, it is the circular motion whichstarted due
to the gravitational force.

Does the sun rotate or it juststays there?

For anything to rotate, itrequires a force. It isoften romanticized to imagine
sun as rotating on its axis in the centre of thesolar system but theories
suggest against it.

Universe is expanding, nothing isat rest.

Sun is a star and it is always burning. There is complete chaos within it and
it doesn't have a solid surface.Sun is a ball of burning hydrogen and Helium
gases so rotation as a concept aswe know it doesn't even apply to it.

On the other hand, Sun is believed to be in a continuous linear motion. It
might be itself revolving around some otherheavenly body, may be the centre of
the milky way galaxy.

Sun itself is in motion and all the planets and asteroids revolve aroundsun in
a 3-D motion, like a spiral, changing their plane every moment.

In this picture one can see the motion of sun in a linear way and all
theplanets are catching up with sun intheir respective revolution paths making
spirals in the space matrix.

This is simply mind blowing.

How does the Sun keeps theplanets in orbit?

I have already answered this part earlier in the answer how the variousmotions
got balanced to form a stable circular motion.

Is Earth's gravity more thanSun?

NO!A big NO. It is infact nothing in comparison to the gravity of Sun. As I
mentioned in the formula above, the gravitational force is a function of mass.
The mass of sun is many manytimes that of earth and that's why Sun exerts much
more gravitational force.

Is this what keeps Moon around Earth?

The gravitational force between the Earth and the Moon is what keeps itaround.
Moon is Earth's satellite and it is quite near the Earth as compared toany
other massive entity. Similar story happened, moon came across
earth'sgravitational influence and became bound to revolve around it till
eternity.

Hope I helped in clearing your questions.

Q4         Why are pineapples notgrown in the continental United States?

A4          Glenn R. Anderson Sun Historyteacher

My brother and his wife bought a lakefront house in Orlando from an oldwoman
who hated the neighbourhood children. Because shefeared they would come on to
her yard she planted pineapples on ever squareinch of her property.

They can be a very effective deterrent.

It took five grown men 12 hoursto dig up and bag all the pineapple plants in
the front and back yard.

Although Hawaii and Puerto Rico are America’s largest producers ofpineapple,
Florida andCalifornia also produce small amounts. Be that as it may,
mostpineapples eaten in the U.S. come from Central and South America.

That is kind of comparing apples and oranges because their body types
aredifferent and different species are different sizes.

Pest Control: For an insect that flies so slowly, why are mosquitos sobloody
hard to swat?

Mosquitoes fly at about two kilometers per hour (1.2mph), which soundsslow, but
at their size it's like you flying over a hundred times that! Theyare going
blindingly fast for something that small.

You can't catch them for a fewreasons. One, they see you coming. Their eyes are
big and round and multifaceted, so they are quitecapable of seeing above and
behind themselves. You can't sneak up on a mosquitoeasily.

Second is your hand moves slowerthan they fly and has more distance to cover.
The mosquito doesn't need to move far to get away from your face, whileyour big
and slow hand has to travel all the way to your head.

Lastly, the mosquito makes decisionsfaster than you. When youdecide to hit a
fly, a signal goes from your brain to your spinal cord to yourarm muscles to
start the hand in motion. The time it takes is a fewmilliseconds (thanks to
commenters at Slate for the correction). That sounds impressive, but once the
mosquito sees motion, a signal from its brain goes to its nervecord to its wing
muscles, and the time ends up being a fraction of ananosecond. They think and
act 100 times faster than you can. Your hand neverreally had a chance!

3RD ANSWER- MarkMoore, I read books about insects. Answered June 25, 2018

What is the difference between a mosquito and a fly?

Let’s get something straight here, a mosquito is a fly. Any insect thatbelongs
to the order Diptera is a fly and mosquites belong to the orderDiptera, thus
mosquitoes are flies. Therefore, the question needs to berephrased. Here is how
the question should be phrased: How do mosquitoes differfrom other flies?

First, Let’s explore the similarities that mosquitoes have with otherflies.

Mosquitoes are flies. In fact, the word “mosquito” is adiminutive of the Spanish
word “mosca”, which means fly. Therefore, the word“mosquito” means little fly
in Spanish and the “mosca” comes from the Latinword “musca”, which means fly.

Mosquitoes aren’t only flies tohave a common name that doesn’tinclude the word
fly. The other flies that have a common name that doesn’t includethe word fly
are midges, gnats, and lovebugs (species Plecia nearctica)

There are other flies that have a similar appearance to mosquitoes. Theseflies
include gnats, midges, and crane flies.

Now, let’s explore thedifferences that mosquitoes have with other flies.

The term fly refers to anyinsect of the order Diptera, whichincludes mosquitoes
and the term mosquito refers to flies that are in thefamily Culicidae.

Mosquitoes consume blood fromhumans and other animals. Most other flies don’t
consume blood. However, there are exceptions. Here arethe exceptions:

The genus Glossina is amonotypic genus of the familyGlossinidae. The common
name of this genus is tsetse fly. Tsetse flies arefound throughout central
Africa. They transmit the disease sleeping sickness, which affects humans and
other animals.

Black flies (family Simuliidae)of the genus Simulium suck theblood of humans.
They also are capable of transmitting the tropical diseaseknown as river
blindness (onchocerciasis). There are three other black flygenera
(Austrosimulium, Prosimulium, and Cnephia) that suck blood from humans, but they
don’t transmit any diseases to humans.

The genera Lutzomyia andPhlebotomus of the familyPsychodidae suck blodd from
humans. They are transmitters of the parasiticdisease leishmaniasis. There are
so many things , In our hectic lives , wedon't notice them ( we do sometimes
but we eventually forget )

Q6         What are the things we donot know about earth?

A6          Here are 10 questions which not even scientists know withless than
5 uncertainty.

(2) where is earth ( on which side of not the 4% but 100% universe )

(3) why is earth there where it exists ( don't tell me gravitationalforce )

(4) why life on earth and not on other billion planets ( as we know from21st
century )

(5) why were , how were humans created and why that fellow dog is not ascurious
as us ( resarch is going in this )

(6) what's exactly at the core of the earth

(7) why is earth rotating ( some scientists say it's because of the
verymagnetic field which makes the compass needle point to the north pole)

(8) what happens if anyone dies (obviously it is related to earth because as
far as scientists know , allorganisms have died on earth itself )

(9) who is this second person and does he think somewhat like me ( you
mightlaugh at this but if you think deeply , you'll get a shock )

(10) why are you reading this answer and not talking to your friend ornot
walking on the moon , what's the probability and can we predict things withsome
accuracy

Q7         What are some brilliantskills that will blow people's minds?

A7          Ashwin Ramesh January 4,2019 Seeker · Eternal seeker of knowledge

I bet you don’t know him! This is Ranchordas Pagi. He was directlyresponsible
for saving thousands of Indian lives.

Ranchhod Pagi belonged to a family of nomads. He was recruited by theIndian
Army. The reason?

He was an exceptional scout. He couldaccurately tell the number of enemy
intruders, their speed and the amount ofload they were carrying just by looking
at footprints. He could eventell the direction in which they had gone and if
they had sat on the ground.

In one of his most remarkableachievements, Ranchod Pagi traced the location of
1200 enemy soldiers hiding inthe wilderness in utter darkness. This led to a
decisive Indian victory.

He also helped the Indian army capture several key posts during the 1965and
1971 wars with Pakistan.

The man would continue to serve the armed forces well past his 100thbirthday.He
won several awards including the Sangram Medal,Samar Seva Star and Police Medal.

Such was the importance of his contribution that BSF honoured him bynaming one
of its Banaskantha outposts after him as Ranchhod Post.

Pagi passed away in 2013 at the ripe age of 112.[1]

Q9         Is it safe to leave therefrigerator on if you are going out for
months?

A9          Prasanna Bhalerao· December26 Technology geek, Amateur
Photographer, History enthusiast

How “long” is “long”? Ifgoing away for a month, even two months, what I would
do is empty the fridge of all contents and keep it running at minimum
coolingmode. If much longer, then I would take elaborate methods to cleanthe
fridge. I would clean the fridge completely at least 24 hoursbefore, switch it
off and leave all doors open. Before departing, I would shutthe doors and then
cover the fridge with a cover or sheet.

The fridge can develop mildew and fungus when it is not working. Hence if you
wish to switch it off, it isessential to remove all humidity from the
compartment.

Is it safe to leave it switched ON for months? Yes. I believe so. But besure to
empty it completely.

Q10       What touched you deeplytoday?

A10        Aayushi Raj 14-3-2021 Travelinitiator (2016–present)

I was travelling via train from Patna to Jaipur. The journey almost take2 days.
These people board the trainin hurry due some emergency. They haven't packed
any Home-made food in hurryand just packed some packaged junk food.

Surviving with the packaged food may harm the health as well as stomach. They
also didn't buy food from stations due to food safety and hygiene.

Concerning all this, I talked with them and told them about the trainfood app.
I always use food in train apps. The food served from train food appis hygenic
and they take extra precaution while cooking food and delivering thefood on
train.

I made them install the best food delivery app which I always use, thatis
RAILRESTRO APP. Ordered their favourite food.

After receiving the hot and delicious food, they got very excited. Theythanked
me for this.

They were very happy and satisfied after taking a full meal.

I would also prefer you to use this app. I am using since 2 years, andnever get
disappointed. It is the best and must-have app for train journey.
