GST is restrictive and is a trade tax in general; if that means all who pay the taxes as such shall depend only on developments of GST; but GST and local revenues on Goods which are paid by all and central taxes shares do not reach the central tax payers at all; do not say roads etc because again it is used mainly by such YOUR_TERM-TAXPAYER; welfare scheme if endured by the payers also then it is violation of trust; undoubtedly one who pays the tax in any form is a taxpayer as General relative theory; but special treat always meant is "The term "taxpayer" often refers to the workforce of a country which pays for government systems and projects through taxation. And one who enures the payment is not a real payer to Govt. i WILL NOT MIND IF CBDT ATTEND ON ME PERSONALLY OUT OF MY TAX MONEY FOR MY CONVENIENCES EXCLUSIVE.
