ezhudal, Engudal, ira#ngudal, irAmanai eNNit
tozhudal, sOrudal, tuLangudal, tuyar uzhattu uyirttal,
azhudal, anRi, maTRu ayal onRum seyguvadu aRiyAL. 5
Synonyms of words with the Rhythm and right applications at the right
places. 12 emotions of distress. Helplessness of the woman even though she
was a queen and the love of Rama. It is a VENBA style. She was crying in
one word which is used as the last (azhudal); after crying one falls down
out of exhaustion VIZHUDAL; while face is not visible, sound of sobbing (
vimmudal) is seen or heard; (meyyra vedumbudal) when id depth of sorrow
weeping the body shakes as if revealing the brain pressure let out with a
few shakes; (verval) without any alternative exhaling; (Ezhudal) again
raise from the floor; (engudal) wailing in the thoughts of Rama {
Tirukkural uses this word in “More cruel than what my lover has done, by
his going away are the long painful nights, keeping me in cruel, wakeful
stay”:நீங்கியார் செய்துன்பில் நீளிரா நாட்களாய்ஏங்குதல் துன்பிலும் துன்பு

MATRU AYAL ONDRUM SEIGUDHU ARIYAAL). This is one verse.
A similar situation of Madhavi in SILAPPADIKARAM CAN BE SEEN IN THE
VERSES:

'வருந்தல் இல் மானம், மா அனைய மாட்சியர்
பெருந் தவம் மடந்தையர் முன்பு, பேதையேன்,
'கருந் தனி முகிலினைப் பிரிந்து, கள்வர் ஊர்
இருந்தவள், இவள்' என, ஏச நிற்பெனோ? 19
'அற்புதன், அரக்கர்தம் வருக்கம் ஆசு அற,
வில் பணி கொண்டு, அருஞ் சிறையின் மீட்ட நாள்,
"இல் புகத் தக்கலை" என்னில், யானுடைக்
கற்பினை, எப் பரிசு இழைத்துக் காட்டுகேன்? 20
