*மூக்கு குத்துவது, **காது குத்துவது துளையிடுவது உடலில் உள்ள வாயுவை, **காற்றை
வெளியேற்றுவதற்கு.*
*கைரேகை, **ஜோசியம் பார்ப்பவர்கள் ஆண்களுக்கு வலது கையும் பெண்களுக்கு
இடதுகையும் பார்த்து பலன் கூறுவது வழக்கம்.*
*ஆண்களுக்கு வலப் புறமும் பெண்களுக்கு இடப் புறமும் பலமான, **வலுவான
பகுதிகளாகும்.*

கிரகித்து தன்னுள்ளே ஈர்த்து வைத்துக் கொள்ளும் சக்தியைப் பெறும்.
அதுமட்டுமல்ல, **மூக்கின் மடல் பகுதியில் ஒரு துவாரம் ஏற்பட்டால் அதன் மூலம்
நரம்பு மண்டலத்தில் உள்ள கெட்ட வாயு அகலும்.*

ஆற்றல் தங்கத்துக்கு இருக்கிறது. தங்க நகைகளைப் பெண்கள் அணிவதன் மூலம் உடலில்
ஏற்படும் அதிக வெப்பம் உணர்ச்சியாக மாறுவதிலிருந்து தடைப்பட்டுபோகும். அச்சம்,
**மடம், **நாணம், **பயிர்ப்பு, **ஆகிய நால்வகைப் பண்புகள் உடையவர்களாகத் திகழ
முடியும்.*

கோளாறுகள் போன்ற வியாதிகளை நீக்குகிறது. ஆண் பெண் இன விருத்தி உறுப்புகளுக்கு
சக்தி அளிக்கிறது. சுண்டு விரலில் மோதிரம் அணியக் கூடாது. இதனால் இதயசக்தி
