Pranam
Meditation in B G one who is pretending, one who is in dhyanam from samsara
and one who is in sanyasa renunciation:
*1 karmendriyāṇi saṁyamya ya āste manasā smaran indriyārthān vimūḍhātmā
mithyācāraḥ sa ucyate 3.6*

*One who restrains the senses of action but whose mind dwells on sense
objects certainly deludes himself and is called a pretender.*
*2 **kāma-krodha-vimuktānāṁ **yatīnāṁ yata-cetasām **abhito
brahma-nirvāṇaṁ **vartate viditātmanām 5.26*

*Those who are free from anger and all material desires, who are
self-realized, self-disciplined and constantly endeavoring for perfection,
are assured of liberation in the Supreme in the very near future.*
*3 **ārurukṣor muner yogaṁ **karma kāraṇam ucyate **yogārūḍhasya
tasyaiva **śamaḥ kāraṇam ucyate 6.3*

*For one who is a neophyte in the eightfold yoga system, work is said to be
the means; and for one who is already elevated in yoga, cessation of all
material activities is said to be the means.*
*4 **yathā dīpo nivāta-stho **neṅgate sopamā smṛtā **yogino
yata-cittasya **yuñjato yogam ātmanaḥ 6 19*

*As a lamp in a windless place does not waver, so the transcendentalist,
whose mind is controlled, remains always steady in his meditation on the
transcendent Self.*
*Concentration is the theme more than anything else. KR IRS 8322*
