Responsibility starts from ME. True. Where the individuals of all kinds, uniformly think that way . Where there is regressions, then difference of opinion starts; duality starts; then definitions of the punishment gets interpreted according to multiple views; then the justice dept had to intervene apart from so many executives to implement those laws. Again the rift and divisions of judgements places people into more confusions. The anarchy prevails. People of the society, groups, parties, so many divisions ,must cognise the offenses and keep off the devils at Bay. However the partial senses, fear of insecurity, I am superior to him, we are one other division, factions, Jihadfis, silence are all factors, jeopardising the truth. As a matter of fact I read one western writer telling there are many truths; even divisions there; truth is one fact are many; but where the west says so, there is no one to correct him; because, the partisans for pleasure are scattered all over around. so all the quotes spoken with the sincerity of purpose do fail. The power will camouflage the bad with the notation, decency. But when the dresses of them are torn, and all adopted that advocate decency, then that advocate of erstwhile decency, will redefine the decency as if on merits and demerits. In short Loco binna ruchi and every one is left to defend himself or herself. KR IRS 3423
