Mr JAmbu says that breaking down is only for an upliftment, shaping you up.
Nice thinking. But literally i thought, what is the break up and do that
are equally, similar in all and balancing the break up will be similar in
all? Breaking up is a pain. Pain hits all of us. Buddhism is based on that.
Our actions alone cause the pain and the pleasure. However, pain hits hard
only those in general, who had dreamt a lot without proper backup or as
today's strategy, say, not having Plan A, Plan B etc at the beginning. Rama
when we read Ramayanam, had those pain right from his teens till sixties;
astrologically, his horoscope had 5 exalted planets; he was prince; the
eldest right to be seated on a throne as king; Father in law and wife were
so erudite to support him; everyone loved him; but right from Viswamitra,
Kaikeyi etc never even allowed him to stay in Ayodhya; he had to walk
through the dense forest; he was undeterred. His losses were not hitting
him hard. Though all the other brothers were born around the same time and
Date of birth, were different. Rama became so mad once he lost his wife;
Lakshmana and Bharata and Shatrughna , were also away from their wives but
they did not feel the stress. Arjuna temperamentally, ignored as a kid till
the beginning of the war, all pains surrounded him, but went down, when he
had to kill his grandfather, brothers and create widowhood of his sisters
and mothers of his land. Gandhari was losing the 99 of her children, when
she did not feel like saving all of them, but strained to sacrifice to save
the eldest somehow, knowing fully well, his character. B G arose only
because of that. When viewed in broad daylight, pain varies wrt the
steadfastness of the wisdom and the attachment they developed closely. The
cery of Rama looked strange from those words of Valmiki. Draupati was
different; she did not go-down, when her modesty was outraged; but broke
when her children and grandchildren were slain. Pain is an invisible
monster and one who takes it on the strides walks over the ocean; and those
cannot break down. But the former as well as the latter , will not know
the future , to learn a lesson of success from there, because, it may or
may not, redeem again; or when redeemed again, one may not feel the success
at all then. Ra,ana won over the pain, during the surgery, Majorone,
without Anesthesia. My friend at the age of 17 . walked bleeding from the
thigh, with the pierced rod of riding-motorcycle, till reached the
hospital, and swooned. Buddha based a religion on the pain of the people.
Krishna in B G says,"12.16 अनपेक्ष: श‍ुचिर्दक्ष उदासीनो गतव्यथ: ।
सर्वारम्भपरित्यागी
यो मद्भ‍क्त: स मे प्रिय: ॥ १६ ॥*anapekṣaḥ śucir dakṣa **udāsīno
gata-vyathaḥ **sarvārambha-parityāgī **yo mad-bhaktaḥ sa me priyaḥ *My
devotee who is not dependent on the ordinary course of activities, who is
pure, expert, without cares, free from all pains, and not striving for some
result, is very dear to Me. I am neither shylock nor the Anthonio of the
merchant of venice. KR IRS 4323
