CULTURAL QA 05-2023-27 BY Mr G AND EDIT BY KR IRS 27523 Q1 What are some mind blowing facts that most people don't know?
G Every atom in your body is billions of years old. KR I THINK CAN BE PRESENTED BETTER HAD IT BEEN CORRECTLY ASCERTAINED OR READ WHAT I WROTE RECENTLY ON DNA. Atoms do not stay, even a second in any BODY. All atoms are travelling. Then what is meant by that? The Upanishads extol prana as the essence of the body, as the very Self and as the Supreme-Self. It is the life-supporting nourisher of the mind and body. Beings are alive as long as they breathe. The sun is the sustainer of all. The energy in the body is actually similar to the energy present in the sun. Hence in the austerities (tapas), the body is able to generate heat. (Prasna Upanishad). Prana is the air we breathe in and breathe out. It is that which is connected to prana present in the air (prana pranati) through exhalation and inhalation. Sage Pippalada is asked the first question, "whence are living beings created?" Verse 1.4 of Prashna Upanishad states the sage's answer, that *Prajapati* did Tapas <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tapas_(Sanskrit)> (heat, meditative penance, austerity) and created two principles: *Rayi* (matter, feminine) and *Prana* (spirit, masculine), thinking that "these together will couple to produce for me creatures in many ways". The sun is the spirit, matter is the moon, asserts Prashna Upanishad. Sun ascends the highest, alone in splendor, warms us, is the spirit of all creatures. He is Aditya, illuminates everything, states the first Prashna, and has two paths - the northern and the southern. Those who desire offspring follow the guidance of the sun's southern path, while those who seek the Self take the northern path, one of knowledge, *brahmacharya*, *tapas* and *shraddha*. Now if you read modern science, it says that after the Big Bang, Sun and heat -agni came first; then few things; then the stars; then explosions; then came hydrogen, carbon and some more metals; and the DNA concept arose; all bodies have the DNAs of life. Atoms have all “RONS”; DNA alone has calcium, Hydrogen copper etc which in spite of mutations, retains the copy of 13 billion years ago. Your body has it. People are always confused between Gene, Atom and DNA which I wrote. Not exactly an atom sir. G There are more historic artefacts under the sea than in all of the world's museums. KR I don’t know what you mean? There are so many artifacts not yet found under the water, over the land, in the dense amazon, then what do you mean and proof please. You have not read it but copied it; but you know how to be biased in writing a forward; anything unread and ascertained will be a waste. Q7 What makes beets so good for your health? KR Whenever you write please state for whom? Beetroot should be eaten carefully by diabetics. It’s advisable to take care of this vegetable, due to its amount of carbohydrates content, being rich in it. In addition, diabetics can eat only small portion of it. I mean, it’s not prohibited for diabetics but they should be advised about the risks of eating big portions. Compiled and posted by R.
