Q1         What are a few Hard lessons everyoneshould learn in their life

A1         Elia Juniana,Jun 18

You will bereplaced no matter who you are.

No matter how well you show it, the people around youwill believe whatever they
want.

You may not be yourbest friend's best friend.

Every human beingwill give more importance to the person he loves than the
person who loves him.

There is no eternalhappiness. Throughout your life, you will continue to strive
for one happinessafter another. In other words, there will never be complete
satisfaction.

Thesmarter you are, the more people will avoid you.

Simplicity existsin rich people as well as poor people and you don't have to
have that muchmoney to realize that money isn't everything in life.

There is alwayssomething you can do with what you have, but your huge ego
doesn't allow you tostart from scratch. We are more capable than wethink.

Q2         Why was Napoleon not executed after hisdefeat at Waterloo?

A2         RI Shohag,18h

Partly because the UK was against it.Napoleon surrendered to them precisely
because he knew they would not kill him.

Also, Britain was far more comfortable with a prisonerNapoleon than a martyr.

Secondly, because, despite beingconsidered a usurper by most of Europe's
crowned heads, he married a Habsburg princess, chiefly having achild by
her.Itdidn't seem classy to behead him like any common bandit after
beingrelated to one of the continent's most prestigious dynasties.

So it waspreferable to leave him alive, albeit a long way from Europe and under
closeBritish surveillance.

Q3         How can I reduce the discomfort ofurinary tract infections?

DrVipin Singh, Doctorat Sewa International (2020–present)Jan 6

A urinary tract infectioncanbe painful and frustrating, especially if it keeps
coming back. While antibiotics generally clear up a UTI within a few days,
thereare also some simple measures you can take to help prevent getting one in
thefirst place.

Keep Bacteria Outof Your System

To say goodbye toburning, frequent urination and other unpleasant symptoms,
start with these changes today.

Drink plenty of water, and relieve yourself often. Thesimplest way to prevent a
UTI is to flush bacteria out of the bladder andurinary tract before it can
settle in. If you’rewell-hydrated, it will be tough to go too long without
going to the bathroom.

Wipe fromfront to back. Bacteria tend to hang around the anus. If you wipe from
front toback, especially after a bowel movement, they're less likely to make it
to theurethra.

Wash up before sex, and pee afterward. Use soapand water before sex. This keeps
bacteria away from the urethra. And peeingafterward carries any bacteria that
entered the urinary tract back out.

Steer clear of irritating feminine products. Skipdouches, deodorant sprays,
scented powders, and other feminine products withfragrances or chemicals.

Rethink your birthcontrol

. A diaphragm

, spermicide

, orspermicide-lubricated condom canmake you more likely to get a UTI because
they all can contribute to bacterialgrowth. If you often get UTIs and use one
of these birth control methods

, switch to a water-basedlubricant for vaginal dryness, and consider trying
another birth control methodto see if it helps.

Q4         Why won’t the government give up onBSNL and sell off it’s business
to private players?

A4         Hemant Joshi, Telecom Officer at BharatSanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL)
(2010–present) Upvoted by Sandeep Dhiman,, JuniorTelecom Engineer at Bharat
Sanchar Nigam Limited4y

BSNL isnot a born PSU it is created in 2000 to avoid direct control of
Government intelecommunication.

Governmentwhile negotiating with the employees assured of maintaining financial
viabilityof BSNL . Whileselling of BSNL is concerned no operators will be
interested to buy BSNL asBSNL operates in all the loss making areas, naxallite
areas, to fulfil thecommitment of government to provide Telecom services to all
citizens.

Total asset valueof BSNl is nearly 2 lakh crore and employee strength is
1.75lakhs, operators are already under heavy debt can't affordthat much
investment and take the liability of such a huge workforce ,when theyare
employing only 10–15 thousand people.

Second importantthing is national security and services during natural
disasters. BSNL always remained at forefront at the time if Natural disaster
likerecent Kerala floods, Andhra flood earlier to restore services and offer
freeservice.

BSNL alwaysstrictly adhered to government guidelines like Electromagnetic
radiation oftowers, Power emitted from towers and new activations while private
operatorscompromises with these guidelines many a time.

BSNL notonly employing 1.75 people but also giving business to IT I, BEL, CDOT
rtcother PSU to ensure their financial viability., IndirectlyBSNL is source of
income to nearly 2 lakh people including Retailers , vendors, contractors.

Keeping all thingsin mind it is not an easy decision to sell BSNL.

My note- All other PSUs like AIRTEL, VIDEOCON etc. alsosuffer financial loss
because of the development ofother communication free like WHATS APP, GOOGLE
MEET, IMO ETC. Watched from TVnews, read from news papers etc.

Still for clarity, emergency use many use only ISD services of the companies.

As I have gatheredin North Eastern region only BSNL Towers are there, only BSNL
functions, difficult area for construction and accomplish communication.

Generally ( exceptions are there) nowadays even mobile persons use onlyfor the
requirements. As like olden days long time talk has much reduced. This
facilitates more channels always available for communication, irrespectiveof
the communication company.

Q6         How does the human digestive systembreak down and absorb nutrients
from food?

Anantha Lakshmi,Studiedat Kendriya Vidyalaya Fri

Human digestivesystem is a very organised system , each work from ingestion to
egestion iscarried out very systematically by each part of the system

Buccal cavity - breaking , mastication and mixingup with saliva. Some bacterias
in saliva may start digestion in the mouthitself especially carbohydrates are
digested in the buccal cavity itself .

Oesophagus - the process of moving themasticated food down the stomach by a
churning movement .

Stomach- stomach mixes the food with the HCL acid and again the churning
movementmixes up the food , breaks down the food .

Small intestine - the food enters the small intestinewhere 90 percent of the
digestion happens. Herein small intestine there are many finger like
projections called Villi whichhelps in absorbing the digested food into the
blood stream. The undigested food goes intothe large intestine.

Large intestine - The undigested food movesthrough the large intestine and
finally stored in the rectum. Most of the water based foodsand drugs are
reabsorbed here.

Rectum - it stores the undigested food or the wastesand releases it through
anus .

Q7         If the meaning of Vasudev is to dwellinside all beings, does this
mean that Lord Vasudeva (Krishna/Vishnu) dwellsinside other gods like
Agni,Indra, Varuna, Brahma,Saraswati, Shiva, and Parwati?

A7         Aditi Pathak, Author and Servant ofLord Krishna11h

Yes, that isthe meaning of Vasudeva. It is a Sanskrit word thatmeans "he
whodwells in all beings". In Hinduism, Vasudeva is a name ofKrishna, who is one
of the three main gods of the Trimurti (the Hindu trinityof Brahma, Vishnu, and
Shiva).

The belief thatVasudeva dwells in all beings is based on the idea that the
divine essence ispresent in all of creation. This means that Krishna, as
Vasudeva, is not just aseparate god who exists apart from us, but is also
present within us all.

This belief is expressed in many Hindu texts, includingthe Bhagavad Gita, where
Krishna says:

"I am the source of all creation, thefather of the universe, the beginning
and the end of all things. I am presentin all beings, but I am also beyond them
all."

The belief thatVasudeva dwells in all beings is a central tenet of Vaishnavism,
the Hindu sectthat worships Vishnu as the supreme god. Vaishnavas believe that
Krishna is theultimate manifestation of Vishnu, and that he is present in all
beings as theirinner guide and protector.

The belief thatVasudeva dwells in all beings is also found in other religions,
such asBuddhism and Jainism. In Buddhism, this belief is expressed in the
concept ofBuddha Nature, which is the potential for enlightenment that exists
in allbeings. In Jainism, this belief is expressed in the concept of
Tattvamasi,which means "you are that".

The belief thatVasudeva dwells in all beings is a profound and inspiring one.
It reminds usthat we are all connected to each other and to the divine. It also
gives ushope that we can all achieve enlightenment and liberation.
