I liked it. But a thought flowed into me, why we depend on
west-side-story, for all. Because without effort, it is available on the
net? Or are we unaware of the same experience reported in Indian Management
theory or TATA or Birla? Team management refers to actions, strategies, or
methods that bring a group of people together to work effectively as a team
and achieve a common goal. There are many tasks that require multiple
people, so teams are an essential building block to productivity. Neither
Japanese nor Americans nor Chinese do it. But we Indians always do.
Team management wins ,only after the best Individual Brain selects that
team. So Team lead is more important than the team. To be the best team
,what should have been the qualities of a team and the lead. Tiruvalluvar
said in 7 words: Idanai ivan mudikkum endru aayndu adani avan kan vidal;
this person is capable of doing this task to the best level has to be
decided by the Team lead. Thus a team must be coagulated by the lead. The
team works but extraction of work is the expertise of the lead. Only one
blind pulled out the car; and the lead shouted so many names to create a
placebo effect; the lead knew that can pull out singly yet oxygen has to be
generated that is the trick played by the lead; adanai avan mudikkum;
analyse the factors; then leave it to him; now the lead or the team? KR IRS
