Q and A 161023 1

Q1 If Krishna was an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, why did he have a
weak spot on the toe?

KR Why did Rama went to forest and ALSO DROWNED IN Sarayu? Brugu an
hunter rebirth are mere unauthentic write up as later people did. Brugu is
one of the seven Prajapatis and star alignment and question of rebirth does
not arise.

Q2 What is the prostate fluid?

My note- The QA is added for the importance of prostrate fluid. As age
increase production of prostrate fluid reduce.

KR Decrease and increase of any fluids of the body decreases as we are
aged. If it goes down in young age then” Pygeum was shown to increase
prostatic secretions and improve the composition of seminal fluid.
Specifically, pygeum administration to men with decreased prostatic
secretion led to higher levels of total seminal fluid plus increases in
alkaline phosphatase and protein levels.”

Q3 Why do I keep waking up at 4 AM?

KR Waking at 3 and 4 AM wrong? Aged will have only a reduced sleep
because their activity is getting reduced apart from food intake.

*CULTURAL QA 10-2023-16*

*All the BELOW QA are from Quora digest to me on 16-10- 2023.*

*Q1 If Krishna was an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, why did he have a
weak spot on the toe?*

*A1 Murari Das,Worshiping Krishna in Sridham Mayapur since 1979Updated
3y*

*Krishna is not an incarnation of Vishnu according to Gaudiya Vaishnava
theology, He is the origin of Vishnu and He doesn’t have a weak spot on the
toe. (Not even on His heel). His only weakness is His love for His pure
devotees. When He appears on the Earth, He does so a little bit like a
human being although He is the Supreme Personality of Godhead. He acts like
a human and has fun with His devotees.*

*When it’s time to leave, He leaves a bit like a human being, so that those
who want to think He is a human being, can do so and not be bothered by
thoughts of God. Therefore like an actor, He acts out dying by being shot
in the foot, but it’s just an act, to conclude His appearance on the Earth.*

*Devotees know what is going on, but the foolish think that Krishna is a
human being and dies because His form is like a human’s form. Actually,
it’s the other way round, our form is like Krishna’s form.*

*Fools deride Me when I descend in the human form. They do not know My
transcendental nature as the Supreme Lord of all that be. Bg 9.11*

*Why was Krishna shot by a hunter?*

*It is said that Jara the hunter, was the reincarnation of Sugriva's
brother Vali, who had been killed from behind by Rama, so Jara was killing
Krishna the way Rama had killed Vali. Others say that in his previous birth
Jara was Vali’s son Angadh. Another account describes Jara as Bhrgu Muni.*

*Krsna smiled at Jara, who in a previous birth had been the brahmana Bhrgu
Muni. *

*For the offence of kicking Krsna's chest, Bhrgu Muni was cursed by
Laksmi-devi to become a sinful hunter. "**O Jara!" Krsna replied. "Do not
fear! You are only an instrument in my pastimes. You have seen and touched
me, and thus you are now free of all sin. Now go to the abode of the pious
and fear not."*

*Understanding Prostate Fluid: Functions and Significance*

*The prostate, a small but essential gland in men, plays a significant role
in reproductive health. One of its key products is prostate fluid, which
has several crucial functions. In this post, we'll delve into what prostate
fluid is, its role, and its importance for men's health.*

*Prostate Fluid: A Closer Look:*

*Prostate fluid is a milky substance produced by the prostate gland.** This
fluid is a component of semen, the seminal fluid that carries and nourishes
sperm during ejaculation. While sperm from the testicles make up only a
small part of semen, the majority comes from the prostate gland.*

*Functions of Prostate Fluid:*

*Sperm Nourishment: Prostate fluid provides vital** nutrients and enzymes
that support the survival and movement of sperm. These elements aid in
maintaining sperm viability and motility.*

*Alkalinity Balance: The pH level of the female** reproductive tract is
naturally acidic, which can hinder sperm survival. Prostate fluid helps
balance this acidity by providing an alkaline environment, enhancing the
chances of successful fertilization.*

*Semen Coagulation and Mobility: Prostate fluid** contains proteins that
aid in the coagulation of semen immediately after ejaculation. This
gel-like consistency temporarily prevents semen from leaking out of the
vagina, allowing sperm more time to reach the egg. Over time, this
coagulated semen becomes more liquid, aiding sperm mobility.*

Tract. In Male Reproductive Function and Semen (pp. 353-388). Springer.*

*Wang, R., Sun, Y., Li, L., Niu, Y., & Ge, X. (2018). Effects of Prostate
Fluid Microenvironment on Sperm Function. Reproduction, 155(2), R45-R54.*

*Prostate fluid is a vital component of semen that supports the journey of
sperm for successful fertilization. Its diverse functions, including sperm
nourishment, alkalinity balance, and coagulation modulation, contribute to
the overall reproductive health of men. Understanding the role of prostate
fluid underscores the significance of the prostate gland in men's
reproductive wellness.*

*My note- The QA is added for the importance of prostrate fluid. As age
increase production of prostrate fluid reduce.*

*Q3 Why do I keep waking up at 4 AM?*

*A3 Health Director | Loving Father | Business Director May 22*

*Waking up at 4 AM is a common problem for many people, and it can be
caused by a variety of** factors. In this article, we will explore some of
the most common reasons why people wake up at 4 AM and what you can do to
prevent it.*

*One of the most common reasons why people wake up at 4 AM is due to a
disrupted sleep cycle.** Our bodies have a natural sleep cycle that follows
a pattern of deep sleep, light sleep, and REM sleep. When this cycle is
disrupted, it can cause us to wake up in the middle of the night. One way
to prevent this is to establish a consistent sleep schedule. Try to go to
bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This will
help regulate your sleep cycle and prevent you from waking up at 4 AM.*

*Another reason why people wake up at 4 AM is due to stress or anxiety**.
When we are stressed or anxious, our bodies release cortisol, a hormone
that can interfere with our sleep. This can cause us to wake up in the
middle of the night and have difficulty falling back asleep. To prevent
this, try practicing relaxation techniques before bed, such as meditation
or deep breathing exercises. You can also try writing down your worries in
a journal to help clear your mind before bed.*

*Medical conditions can also cause people to wake up at 4 AM.** Sleep
apnea, for example, is a condition where a person’s breathing is
interrupted during sleep. This can cause them to wake up in the middle of
the night gasping for air. Other medical conditions that can disrupt sleep
include acid reflux, restless leg syndrome, and chronic pain. If you
suspect that a medical condition is causing your sleep disturbances, it is
important to talk to your doctor.*

*Environmental factors can also play a role in waking up at 4 AM. For
example, noise or light** pollution can disrupt sleep and cause us to wake
up in the middle of the night. To prevent this, try using earplugs or a
white noise machine to block out noise. You can also use blackout curtains
or an eye mask to block out light.*

*Lastly, lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise can impact our sleep**.
Eating heavy or spicy foods before bed can cause indigestion and disrupt
sleep. Caffeine and alcohol can also interfere with sleep, so it is best to
avoid them before bed. Exercise, on the other hand, can improve sleep
quality and help regulate our sleep cycle. However, it is important to
avoid exercising too close to bedtime, as this can make it difficult to
fall asleep.*

*In conclusion, there are many reasons why people wake up at 4 AM. By
establishing a consistent sleep schedule, practicing relaxation techniques,
addressing medical conditions, addressing environmental factors, and making
lifestyle changes, you can prevent waking up at 4 AM and improve the
quality of your sleep.*

*Q4 What are the symptoms of kidney problems or disease?*

*A4 Tropical Catalyst,I have had numerous experiences with
health-related topicsMar 18*

*The kidneys are small organs that carry out essential functions. If they
send you warning signals, you must pay close attention. Among the warning
signs are:*

*Your fingernails have changed.*

*Your fingernails and toes' condition can reveal a lot about your overall
health**. Nail changes, for example, can be an early indicator of heart
disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, or cancer. If you have kidney disease,
there are several things to look for in your nails, according to the
American Academy of Dermatology Association (AADA). Among them are
"half-and-half nails" with "a white color on the upper part of one or more
nails and a normal to reddish brown color below (half-and-half nails); pale
nails; and white bands running across one or more nails (Muehrcke's
nails").*

*When your kidneys are unable to filter out nitrogen waste, it builds up
and changes the appearance of your fingernails and toes. If you notice any
of these symptoms, you should see a doctor.*

*Skin color changes.*

*Skin color changes on the hands and other parts of the body can be caused
by kidney problems.* *Toxins build up in the body when the kidneys do not
function properly, according to the AADA. This can cause a variety of skin
colors, such as an unhealthy pale color, grayish, yellowish, or darkened
skin. It is also possible to have thick skin with bumps and deep lines.
Cysts and whitehead-like spots may form after scratching itchy skin for an
extended period of time.*

*Itchy and dry skin*

*Dry, itchy skin is a common symptom of kidney disease**. Pruritis is a
mineral imbalance-related condition. Dry and itchy skin, according to the
AADA, can be a sign of mineral and bone disease, which frequently occurs
alongside advanced kidney disease. This happens when your kidneys can no
longer keep the proper balance of minerals and nutrients in your blood.*

*Q5 Why do Swedes put lights in their windows?*

*A5 Chris Ebbert,Lives in Sweden Updated 2y*

*I also used to wonder about that when I first started coming to Sweden**.
Over the years, I’ve come to understand it’s a surprisingly complex thing.
Now that I live here, I do it, too.*

*It may appear wasteful, but it’s not.* *The bulbs used for these typical
window lights have always been low powered, and in a country that relies as
heavily on hydro power as Sweden does, the national conscience has
traditionally been quite clear about letting those 95% of the energy an
incandescent bulb consumes contribute to the home heating effort, and
dedicating the remainder to good causes as I will try to speculate on
below.*

*These days, it’s all LED, of course. I use 1.6W bulbs.*

*Here’s what I think it’s for:*

*It’s a Swedish tradition to contribute to a sort of “pretty city image” by
having little lights in the windows**; it literally lights up the street,
makes the place look lived in, and friendly. When I’m in Germany, with its
drawn curtains or lowered blinds, the streets at night just seem dead,
deserted, and the houses seem to say “keep out”. In Sweden, it’s very much
the opposite.*

*The Swedes are a very communal people; seeing signs of life in the
neighbour’s house reassures them that they are not alone,* *and it is my
impression that many leave their lights on “for their neighbours”;*

*Having lights on in the house is a security measure, making the house look
occupied**. I also feel safer when they are on when i’m not home. Maybe
that’s just common sense.*

*Windows are what the light usually shines in through during the day;
during the dark season, it makes sense to have lamps in the windows to
maintain those dynamics. I have a little lamp in every window, too, and it
seems to create an illusion of daylight if one chooses to see it that way.*

*It satisfies the home owner to have a cosily lit home to return to in the
dark months.*

*It actually makes the house look better, and** beauty is a big deal here.
Sweden is very much about visual beauty, and lights are an excellent way to
achieve it.*

*My note- In Tamilnadu during new construction,** the window frame is made
fresh with wall and doors opening to outside. This enables to have insect
screen neatly fitted. *

*In Kerala the frame is in the middle, so that** frame of insect screen
while open hinders not much. *

*In olden days the frame was kept flush with** outside wall in Tamilnadu so
that there will be some space to keep spectacles, locks and keys, medicines
etc. *

*So in Sweden the last method told may be following.*
