Respected Sir/s, In 1899 or 1900, a Brahmin family of
Villupuram, left for Kashi, after handing over the house keys to their
neighbours, to enable them to open the house daily, clean the house and lit an
oil lamp. After they left for Kashi, during the night, the rattling sound of
vessels rolling on the ground, was heard and some gents, after seeing the front
side and back side of the house ( roof was also not broken) could infer that
robbers had not entered the house as the locks were found, in tact. So three or
four gents opened the door to find a cat, which inserted its head in a vessel (
which we call gooja) to drink the left over milk.(In the hurry of going to
Kashi the Brahmins forgot to wash the milk vessel.) So one gent held the cat
and another gent pulled out the cat, and saw the cat running out fear. All the
people disappeared, after locking the house and slept peacefully.But one boy
aged 5 or 6 years, didn't sleep for long and he was thinking, out of love for a
few teaspoonfuls of milk, how the cat, landed in trouble and made such a
commotion disturbing the entire villagers. So imagine how people who have love
or lust and attachments towards wealth and women would create commotion in the
society! The boy was none other than the illustrious 68th pontiff of the Kanchi
Kamakoti Peetam, Shri Shri Chandrasekharendra Saraswati Swamiji, the only
Sanyasi in the Kaliyuga, who performed 87 Chathurvarnas continuously.Hara
