Sir,
When I was in ICU as well as in room in the Kamakshi memorial hospital in
Chennai, morning reading was taken around 4 AM, not 2 AM. However your pointing
of the Time taken for blood sugar morning reason is a good point considering
dawn effect.
However in routine tests fasting reading is taken around 6 AM, if collected at
Home.

Q1             Whycan't the Panama Canal just be an open waterway between the
two oceans?Wouldn't the water levels stabilize at some point?

KR            Wediscussed this already once

Q3             Myblood sugar was 91 when I went to bed and exactly doubled to
182 when I got up.Do you have any comments?

KR  Repetitive;balancing eating in intervals is a must; or else, fat conversion
from proteininside the layer of the stomach will be dissolved to increase the
sugar level;this happens around 2 AM; and hence the nurse in the clinic bed
will take the sugarreading at 2 AM.

Q4             Whydoes Earth have 70% water?

KR              Andathil ulladhu pindathilum undu; Vedic and Tirumular verse.
What space is in us also; so this repetitive question and answer, is answered
indetail regarding why?

Water in the animal body performs a numberof functions: as a solvent for
transportation of nutrients; as a medium forexcretion; a means for heat
control; as a lubricant for joints; and for shockabsorption. The human body is
about 70% water (not counting the water in bodyfat, which varies from person to
person). The body needs all this water tofunction normally. An individual's
total body water can be determined usingflowing-afterglow mass spectrometry
(FA-MS) to measure the abundance ofdeuterium in breath samples Most of the
human body is water, with an average ofroughly 60%. The amount of water in the
body can change slightly with age, sex,and hydration levels. While the average
percentage of water in a person's bodyis around 60%, the percentage can vary
from roughly 45–75%. About 99% of themass of the human body is made up of six
elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. Only
about 0.85% is composed of another fiveelements: potassium, sulphur, sodium,
chlorine, and magnesium. All 11 arenecessary for life. On average, blood is 51
percent water. We cancalculate this based on the percentage of blood made up of
plasma and the watercontent of plasma. Normally, blood is 55 percent plasma and
45 percent bloodcells and other material  These includethe cerebrospinal fluid
that bathes the brain and spinal cord, lymph, thesynovial fluid in joints, the
pleural fluid in the pleural cavities, thepericardial fluid in the cardiac sac,
the peritoneal fluid in the peritonealcavity, and the aqueous humor of the eye.
About 75% of the brain is made up ofwater. This means that dehydration, even as
small as 2%, can have a negativeeffect on brain functions. Dehydration and a
loss of sodium and electrolytescan cause acute changes in memory and attention.
In a large study ofadults of all ages and both sexes, the adult human body
averaged ~65% water. However, this varied substantially by age, sex, and
adiposity (amount of fat inbody composition). The figure for water fraction by
weight in this sample wasfound to be 58 ±8% water for males and 48 ±6% for
females.

Just 6feet has all these; and then only balanced; so every structure
in the space hato balance; not because of angular structure of the earth is the
reason; butonly the structure is originally contemplated only as such, so that
the angularstructure, the earth gets. Vacuum and water filled are two system in
spacecatering the required needs. GOD never plays the dice.

“Why can't the PanamaCanal just be an open waterway between the two oceans?
Wouldn't the waterlevels stabilize at some point?”

As written, there is a strong suggestion in this questionthat the writer thinks
there is a significantdifference in sea levels between the Atlantic and Pacific
to be overcome.

There isn’t.

The reason why the Canal isn’t a simple open waterway isbecause the land being
traversed is a lot higher above sea level than theauthor realizes.

What is commonly referred to a “The Canal,” is actually aseries of short
canals, plus locks toallow ships to be raised upenough on one side to then sail
across lake Gatun, which is 85 feet above sealevel.

If a channel deep enough to directly connect the twooceans were to be dug, in
addition to destroying the fresh-water lake entirely,a great deal of additional
land area of Panama would have to be eliminatedentirely, for mechanical reasons.

Q2             What are the 7 Signs You May NeedHearing Aids?

A2              PreetiTyagi |  New Delhi at 6:48 AM

Hearing is an essential aspect of your health that needscare. But, did you know
according to WHO- approximately 63 million people in India suffer
fromsignificant hearing problems and 4 out of 5 people with hearingloss are
unaware of their condition.

Hearing loss is a gradual process that silently infiltratesyour life.
Expertsrecommend to use hearing aids before it is too late. If you recognizethe
following 7 signs of hearing loss, then you may need hearing aids.

1. You feel like people are mumbling

If you notice someone mumbling during a conversation andfinding it difficult to
understand, this could be a sign of hearing loss.

2. Ask people to repeat themselves

“Can you pleaserepeat?,” or "Ohh....sorry what did you say?”are some of the
commonexpressions people with hearing loss use during their conversation.

3. Don’t feel like socializing

Social isolation is associated with hearing loss. When youavoid social
gatherings because you can't understand what people say in noisysituations,
it's a red flag.

4. You often turn up your TV volume

If you’re turning up the TV volume too high even when yourfamily says it’s too
loud, it is a clear sign that your hearing is fading.

5. Phone call becomes a strain

When hearing a phone call becomes difficult, and you end itlike "sorry, here is
a "bad connection" or "voice is notclear," the problem is most likely with your
hearing.

6. You rely on lip reading while talking

If you start focusing on the speaker's mouth to get the hintsfrom lip reading
during the conversation, it's advisable to get your hearingexamined.

7. You need a companion to follow a conversation

When you need a companion to help you understand whateveryone else is saying in
a crowded place, this could be a sign of hearingloss.

Q3             My blood sugar was 91 when I wentto bed and exactly doubled to
182 when I got up. Do you have any comments?

A3             LuisDoriocourt,33+ years living with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.3y

Tim Carter asked: My blood sugar was 91 when I went tobed and exactly doubled
to 182 when I got up. Do you have any comments?

My answer: What you are experiencing is the “dawn phenomenon.” There are
hormone driven processesthat ready a person sleeping for action upon waking.
Adrenalin, cortisol, glucagon and growth hormoneare secreted which among other
things cause a conversion of glycogen stored inthe liver to be converted into
glucose. This causes a risein blood glucose levels.

In a person withoutdiabetes this rise is countered effectively by the secretion
of insulin to keepBG levels in the normal range. Type 1 diabetics make no
insulin so there isthat, and type 2diabetics often have cells that are insulin
resistant. That means the glucosecannot enter the cells, thus blood glucose
levels rise.

Some strategies for reducing dawn phenomenon are eating a lowcarb evening meal
earlier, eliminated night time snacking, and doing some sort of brisk
exerciseafter eating.

The dawn phenomenon: What can you do?

Q4             Why does Earth have 70% water?

A4             Ron Brown,Professorof Physics, Emeritus Nov 13

As others have pointed out, Earth is about70% covered with water, but not 70%
water. If the Earth were a perfectsmooth non-rotating sphere, it would be 100%
covered with water.

Q5             Can you give me an example ofBritish humour?

A5             Tom Owens,MBAfrom Armstrong State University (Graduated 1995)23h

A man had sufferedwith terrible headaches for 7 years. The Doctors could do
nothing to help. Finally, one doctor explainedthe only thing left that would
work was castration. So he had his balls cut off. His headaches immediately
went away.

He felt so good that he wanted to buy a new sport coat. So he goes to a men’s
store andtells the salesman that he wants to purchase a sport coat. The
salesman says, you’re a 42 Regular. The man is impressed and asked how did you
know. That’s myjob the sales man states.

Would you like somepants to go with that. The man is still excited and says
sure. OK the salesman says, you’re a 36 / 30. The man says no, I’m a 32 / 30.

The salesman says, listen, if you wear a 32, it will squeeze your balls so
tight you’llget headaches.

My note- I amreading this joke for the first time.

Q7             What is the funniest joke you'vebeen told that you still think
about to this day?

A7             ScottDismukes, Fri

This a Reagan joke - Rona nd Her Majesty were in Hyde Park,London, in a formal
carriage pulled by 6 matching white horses. Very formal, very regal, very grand.
The guards on horseback, marching soldiers in fullregalia - the whole 9 yards.

One of the 2 rearhorses suddenly lets out a ghastly green fart - the vapors
overwhelming thecarriage driver, and the soldiers nearby, and of course Liz and
Ron. After they recover, and realizingjust how extraordinarily bad this was,
the Queen just had to say something. So she said “You know, MrPresident, there
are things even the Queen of England cannot control!”.

He responded,“Ma’am, until you said something, I thought that was one of the
horses…”

Q8             What’s a historical fact that wouldshock most people to find out?

A8          Health Daily Advice,23h

I nominate… Mark Twain.

So one night, Twain was drunk, and feeling like writing something. At thetime,
he was working for a newspaper, and he wrote up an article.

In the article, heessentially accused a few prominent members in Virginia City
of embezzling fromcharity, and he also accused another newspaper of withholding
their donationsfrom charity.

Now these were some serious accusations, and none of them wereactually true.

But he was drunk, so hewrote it anyways. By accident, the article was
published. And people werepissed.

The other newspaper owner, named James Laird, publiclydegraded Twain and called
him a liar. Twain decided that the only way to defend his honor was tochallenge
him to a duel. Laird accepted, and the plan was set. Mark Twain would duel
theJames Laird to the death.

When it was time for the duel, Twain got one of his buddiesand went out to the
site early. He confessed that he was actually a terrible shot, and this was a
bigmistake.

His buddy decided to quickly show him how to shoot, so hetook aim at a bird,
and decapitated it with a single shot.

Right after that, his opponent showed up to duel. He saw thedecapitated bird,
and he asked who did it. Twain’s buddy thought fast, and saidthat Twain had
done it.He also said he was a great shot, and could make the shot almost every
time hetried.

That spooked Laird, and he decided to talk to Twain. He made amends, and asked
him if he was willing to call it off.Twain quickly agreed, andthey parted ways.

Soon after, Twain left Virginia City and moved to SanFrancisco. He started
writing books, and eventually became one of the greatestAmerican authors in
history.

If his buddy hadn’thad the quick wit to say that Twain had shot the bird,
Huckleberry Finn and TomSawyer might not exist today.

That’s a pretty crazy duel in my book.

Q9             Why did not Lord Krishna ever visitVrindavan again?

A9             GokulRenjith, Lives in India (1999–present)10h

He did visit again. Lord Krishna visited Vrindavana afterkilling Dantavakra.
This was soon after Yudhishtira’s Rajasuya Yaga.

Here, hearing that Śiśupāla was killed, Dantavakra came toMathurā to fight with
Kṛṣṇa. Hearing that Kṛṣṇa got into a chariot and camewith him to Mathurā. Then
he killed him, and having crossedYamunā, and having gone to Nanda’s abode, he
saluted his parents and consoledthem. He was embraced by them. He embraced all
the old cowherds, consoled them, and pleased all living there by (giving them)
many garments andornaments. On the charming sand-bank of Kālindī (i.e. Yamunā),
crowded withauspicious trees, he, day and night enjoying sports with the
cowherdesses, lived for three nights. Inthat region, all people like the
cowherd Nanda, with their sons and wives, soalso beasts, birds and animals,
having divine forms, got into anaeroplane and reached the highest
place—Vaikuṇṭha. And Śrīkṛṣṇa, having givenall the residents of Nanda’s cow-pen
his own infallible place, and beingpraised by hosts of gods, entered the
glorious Dvārāvatī.

Chapter 76, Patala Khanda,Padma Purana.

So Lord Krishna visitedVrindavana, granted Moksha to the gopas and Gopis and
send them to Vaikhunta.
