It is not any hospital doing it at low cost etc. Tardeo road has plenty of eye doctors and there is another INFINITI HOSPITAL RUN BY aGARWAL eYE HOSPITAL. Charity free operations are done by so many eye hospitals even in Chennai at Agarwal, Rajan eye care etc. Low cost and free are carried out even in Sankara Nethralaya and Aravind eye hospitals of chennai Madurai etc. For those affordable, full fee is charged; if well known and requested by some, a deduction in the bill is given. Vision eye care also provides glasses free apart from shops all over India where prescribed glasses can be purchased and charged hefty also. As I knew someone inside Dr Agarwal, my cost of operation was met by Star health and the balance payable was waived; Sankara nethraalayaa is so famous for charity and one can see THE REAL TIRUPATI CROWD there everyday.
