1. While we believe in all forms of God and don't deride anyone for worshipping Any God of his or her choice, they believe in Only one God All others who don't believe their God are infidels. So it is not strictly right to say we all believe in God. They are opposed to the very idea of our worship of the Idols. Islam believes non Muslims are kafirs. 2. We believe in " Loka Shema Sukino Bhavsndu" whereas their prayers are limited only to their followers. 3. Yes, we have our internal differences but iyers visit and worship Vishnu temples and iyengars don't want to destroy our Siva temples, whereas the other two, particularly the Muslims do. 4. Basic difference is sir " Tolerance " and "Intolerance".
