Hello Larry,

To the best of my knowledge, the replies you got on the MixW reflector
are correct.  99% of the problems with the contest mode are in
selecting the contest mode, and setting up the dates and times of the
contest.  If you exit and return to MixW you have to select the
contest mode and specific contest again.  It is not very intuitive.

When MixW "just sends the macro as written" it is normally because you 
have some small punctuation detail in the macro incorrect.
