I think this story sort of got buried by the election hype. I don't know if anyone here follows or even likes Irv Rubin and the JDL ( http://www.jdl.org ), but the fact that the ADL hates them so bitterly makes me think they're probably on the right side.
Irv was arrested last December under very suspicious circumstances (FBI infiltrator/informants, etc.) Last Monday the 4th, he "attempted suicide" in prison by slashing his own throat and jumping over a railing.
