In fact I think I have successfully registered just now, after unsuccessfully poking at it from time to time over the previous year and not really knowing what to do with it, or if it was in use. Perhaps you could post some guidance as to how you want us to use it. Do we need to register? How to register? What are the various categories and how to decide which one an issue fits into?
