Inkscape can now import and combine the pdfs porduced by therion but it does not export back correctly all features in pdf (I used the save as pdf with cairo lib). In particular, lines that are clipped at the outline are not any more (and so are grid crosses outside the page space) and filling patterns (e.g. water) are screwd up. Does anyone have a trick to get around that?
