I really don't mind, so long as it is no bigger than one of the screens, which is what seems to crash the VC (no chance of filing a bug report with them and getting action, so that you for looking) As I have a graphic tablet there is a command that maps the mouse to a screen, and the below moves it to the next screen xsetwacom set "Wacom Intuos3 6x8 Pen stylus" MapToOutput next It has slightly strange behaviour of having 3 next positions; screen 1, screen 2 and both as a single screen. I assume the command is getting that information from somewhere in the system, it appears that xtherion is getting the 'both as a single screen' info and using that for size then placing it centre of one of the screens. I have no way to test the theory xrandr gives Screen 0: minimum 8 x 8, current 3840 x 1200, maximum 16384 x 16384 DVI-I-0 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) DVI-I-1 connected primary 1920x1200+1920+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 518mm x 324mm 1920x1200 59.95*+ 59.88 1600x1200 60.00 1280x1024 75.02 60.02 1152x864 75.00 1024x768 75.03 60.00 800x600 75.00 60.32 640x480 75.00 59.94 DP-0 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) DP-1 connected 1920x1200+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 518mm x 324mm 1920x1200 59.95*+ 59.88 1920x1080 60.00 59.94 50.00 29.97 25.00 23.98 1600x1200 60.00 1280x1024 75.02 60.02 1280x720 60.00 59.94 50.00 1152x864 75.00 1024x768 75.03 60.00 800x600 75.00 60.32 720x576 50.00 720x480 59.94 640x480 75.00 59.94 59.93 my machine only has a DVI and DP port, so no idea why it is showing two of each If I am reading this correctly Screen 0 is the size of both screens DVI-I-1 gets primary status with a resolution of 1920x1200 offset by 1920 and 0 DP-1 resolution of 1920x1200 offset by 0 and 0 which matches what I see, don't know if that helps! > And do you have the same problem when running aven?
