in a text file saved as *.th

hi,
i have a cave data in Excel.
the data columns are: from, to, distance, compass, clino, left, right, up, down.
for example: 1.1, 1.2, 7.74, 331, 3.7, 1.9, 6.4, 2 0
How can I convert this data to therion?
