After a few years of not using this data set

I compiled this file

and it didn't work, giving this error

I have no idea how a date before 1900 got in there, but a clue on where
it is would be useful! Is there anything I can do to find out?
Not sure about the Proj version mismatch, I'm on Debian trixie. It does
not seem to be causing problems
