I completely agree with Bruce. This is a very easy job with a graphics app such as Photoshop or InDesign
The easiest way for me is to use PDF24 "Change PDF page size", which does exactly what I need. (It also has a few other things like "Edit PDF" which lets me add annotations for a magazine who wants them on an illustration for an article.)
I was mainly wondering if I had missed how scaling works, and whether there was already something in Therion's config options that made it actually scale the whole output. If there isn't, then there isn't, and I will make them a perfect PDF scaled to their needs. :)
