Leigh (X-Track director and cohort on the 40 Days podcasts) refuses to post her schedule until RIGHT before the con. The reason (as Van pointed out) is that there is so much review and rewrite that goes on in the month leading up to the event. She used to post her schedule a month out (when it goes to review) but too many folks complained AT the con because the schedule was completely different.
