We received a closeout book catalog in the mail this week, and it includes the oversized KIRBY: KING OF COMICS hardcover for only $9.95! (At least, I am assuming this is the hardcover edition like the one I have. It says "Originally published at $40" but mine is not handy right now to compare.)
I got this for Christmas a year or two ago and it is a fantastic book. Tons of art, much in color. Mark Evanier's biograpic text all through it is terrific.
