Hmm, looks like the indexes aren't named quite right - not the delta  
ones, anyway. I'd recommend stopping sphinx, deleting all the index  
files, reindexing, then restarting sphinx.

If delta indexes are added and a reindex happens *without* stopping  
and starting the daemon, Sphinx gets confused about rotating indexes  
that didn't exist before.
