Read about the charset_table index configuration option<http://www.sphinxsearch.com/docs/current.html#conf-charset-table>, then grab the values from this wiki entry<http://www.sphinxsearch.com/wiki/doku.php?id=charset_tables#arabic>. To effect these values in TS, you need to follow instructions from here<http://freelancing-god.github.com/ts/en/advanced_config.html> .
