Hi Guys,

I figured it out from Pat's solution http://tiny.cc/xmgi5

Turned out I needed to add version 0.9.9 to my sphinx.conf, did the
trick!

Thanks as always! - BTW it might be worth adding this to the
documentation, would have saved me a couple of hours!
