Hi Pat, I ran into the slow indexing issue due to gaps in ids. It took me a while to sort it out and I was thinking that if the documentation here http://freelancing-god.github.com/ts/en/common_issues.html#slow_indexing included some verbiage about gaps in ids, rather than just implying it with the discussion of fixtures, it would make things much more clear.
