I'm trying to upgrade mysql, and I can't seem to compile sphinx 0.9.9 against mysql 5.5
I found a thread saying to use the trunk sphinx (which I believe is 2.0.4 beta): http://sphinxsearch.com/forum/view.html?id=8304 But I'm wondering if thinking sphinx supports this? Do I need to upgrade everything (i.e. sphinx, mysql & thinking sphinx)? Has anyone ran into similar issues?
