Hi Kiran It's essential that Sphinx and Delayed Job are running on the same machine - otherwise, DJ can't update the Sphinx delta index files. So perhaps you need a central server for Sphinx and DJ? Or perhaps it's possible to configure DJ to process only delta jobs on a certain machine, and other jobs elsewhere?
