Hi Ethan It looks like you're storing index files within each app release, which is not ideal - not sure if that's the cause of it, but that's where I'd start. I'd recommend changing the location to a shared directory instead. The setting is searchd_file_path, as covered in the deployment docs: http://pat.github.com/ts/en/deployment.html
