Hi Kirill

I've not given TS a spin with the Rails 4 branch. Generally I wait until 
there's a pre-release or release candidate out there, but maybe I should give 
it a spin soon. I certainly appreciate the tips on what the changes are that 
break TS.

So, the short answer: it doesn't look like you can use TS with Rails 4 at the 
moment.
