Multiple Sphinx servers and delta indices is not easy. I've had to implement support for that with Flying Sphinx, but it's still a bit of a pain (and that's for the custom Flying Sphinx setup).
You would have to write a custom delta handler for this - and perhaps send delta requests to each machine. You can look at the ts-sidekiq-delta and ts-delayed-delta code for some ideas on how to do this, though there's a lot of logic you'll need to add to manage communication of deltas across all of these machines.
