I've updated ts-sidekiq-delta to work with TS v3 - try the following in your
Gemfile:
gem 'ts-sidekiq-delta',
:git => 'git://github.com/pat/ts-resque-delta.git',
:branch => 'sidekiq',
:ref => '5bae80758c'
