Hi Avnesh

You should remove the line from your Rakefile - that’s only necessary if you’re 
using Rails 2.3 or earlier. Otherwise, the tasks are added twice (hence why 
you’re getting the same output repeated).

As for the error, it looks like Sphinx itself isn’t installed on your machine, 
or isn’t available in the PATH of your shell. Have you installed Sphinx? And if 
so, which version? If you haven’t, these instructions may be helpful:
