Hello, As far as I know, it would not make a difference, would it? I have a 320GB SATA HDD in my T60 at work and 500GB SATA HDD in my T61p at home. Sadly, both are rotating platter-type hard disk drives and not SSDs, but they do work fine with both T6x- series systems running Windows Vista x86 (T60) and x64 (T61p).
