Unless you can see physical damage on the cable, or the socket, you likely have failed or failing screen inverters... They sell for about $20 on eBay, or $69 to $89 at Lenovo.
I don't know anybody who orders the cables by FRU number, but if you use the type number, you can order them from Lenovo. There are other parts suppliers in a few spots around the country you can find with a gurgle search or by looking at their eBay addresses. ________ I was surprised by the first few years of getting paid for doing nothing.
