It's always a roll of the dice, with it usually turning up good.  This is one 
of the reasons why I like Thinkpads above all other laptops.  And then,
there was the time of the Toxic ThinkPad, which was ultimately resolved
but still unpleasant.

Still and all, after hearing a friend call Dell with her laptop and being told
that the wrong disk in her unit was HER fault, EZserv (Easyserve?) seems
delightful. ;-)
