I assume you have already verified that the program does indeed work under Microsoft Windows 2000, so my initial thought is that there is a problem with either the AUTORUN.INF or the program it is trying to launch, which could be some kind of installation screen program with a dependency that's not met in the Windows 2000 environment. I think copying the files to a USB flash RAM drive is the first step to troubleshooting this. Examination of the AUTORUN.INF file with a text editor and reviewing the directory of the disc may let you find the actual setup file that must be run to install the software.
