I know the T series has a 2nd hard drive adapter for the Ultrabay. Here
is a URL to the description on IBM's site:

http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-46455.html

At this point eBay or another used product reseller would be your best
bet to find one.

According to this ThinkWiki page
(http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Ultrabay) there is no Ultrabay Slim
floppy drive module available. However, any USB-based floppy drive
would work - such as this one:
http://www.amazon.com/LaCie-706018-Floppy-Disk-Drive/dp/B00006B938. Or
just use a USB flash drive instead. They make good floppy drive
replacements. I'm pretty sure a T43 is new enough to support booting
from USB flash drive. In fact, I think my A21p can do that even.
